That there looks like a sugar daddy to me.  One with men on segways and tigers, and did I mention men?  This cartoon is done by a young man named Joseph Bennett.  His work is quite odd, blunt, and hilarious, much like some of the flame dames in our lives.  Hope you enjoy this quirky cartoon.
