There is nothing I hate more than hearing fake fingernails tap against a hard surface. It reminds me of no taste and sars (because of the facial masks that the manicurist have to wear.) But
Laurel Roth has created beauty out of a nuisance. A former park ranger, she quit her job and went into the art world. Her mediums are usually strange. The above pieces were made of fake fingernails, barrettes, false eyelashes, fingernail polish, and jewelry. They are surprisingly beautiful and elegant. She sure knows how to bring some class to the acrylic nail business. Kudos for making the impossible happen.
Over and Out,
